Gold Membership

In 2007 we added 47 passenger motor coaches to our fleet. With this addition, we now offer three levels of membership. The first level (Silver) is for smaller churches and groups that need vans only. The second level (Gold) includes use of the bus, and reduced rates on vans. A larger Platinum level is available for churches and groups with high transportation volume needs.

Currently, we are offering a SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY GOLD MEMBERSHIP SIGN ON INCENTIVE. Between now and November 1, 2008, new Gold Members may pre-purchase bus mileage at $1 per mile. Contact our office for additional details. Once a member, you can begin scheduling your dates. Keep in mind that with the minimum bus use fees, your church will begin saving hundreds (possibly thousands) of dollars with just one out of state trip.

Please let us know ASAP if you’re interested. If the initial membership fee is an issue or if you need an invoice for your deacons, call us. We’ll work with you. Also, call or email us directly with your 2009 date requests right away. Many prime dates are going fast.

Driver Information
Churches may use their own drivers or choose from a driver pool provided by MMS. All church drivers must be approved and certified by Eaglecrest. Drivers must complete and submit the Driver Certification Form. This is a PDF form you may download for each driver you'd like to qualify (available under Forms & Links). Bus drivers must be at least 25 years of age and may not have a DUI or reckless driving offense, or more than four points as a result of speeding violations or accidents. Eaglecrest reserves the option to decline a driver as a result of driving offenses or limited driving experience. All bus drivers must also possess current insurance coverage and be willing to participate in a driving orientation and road test. Once complete and approved, drivers will be placed on the Eaglecrest insurance policy. There is a $75 charge for each driver a church adds, and a $150 charge should the driver need to use an Eaglecrest bus to pass the CDL skills test.

Should your church decide to use a driver from our driver pool, typically your group would compensate the driver directly (unless other arrangements are made with Eaglecrest/MMS). An appropriate rate is $12 an hour (for actual driving) or $100-$150 a day.
