• Partnerships: No one organization can meet all the needs in the youth ministry field. We must focus on developing a few services with excellent and partnering with other organizations to synergize our efforts
• Leadership Empowerment: This focus serves as the high priority of Eaglecrest services, seeking to equip, empower, and encourage leaders to effectively emulate Christ through sacrificial service
• Mentoring/Coaching: Modeling faith formation through one on one mentoring relationship provides an effective model for long term sustained growth
• Missions: The mission trip experience provides one of the best environments for discipleship and leadership development
• Community-Based Youth Ministry: Church youth ministry should not be an island unto itself but should seek a community approach based on cooperation with other churches
• Longevity of Leadership: The fulfillment of our goals will best be measured by the long term effective leadership of youth workers within the respective churches they serve
