Our Mission - Eaglecrest Youth Ministry Services

Eaglecrest Youth Ministry Services exists to equip and empower churches, and specifically their youth ministry leadership, to create, deploy, and sustain vibrant youth ministries that transform students into radical, world-impacting disciples of Jesus Christ.

To provide resources and support services that prepare both vocational and volunteer youth workers for the rigorous challenges of church youth ministry development. This will be accomplished by providing quality tools, connecting youth workers with networking support, and encouraging them in seeking excellence through professional development and spiritual integrity, ultimately investing in effective long-term church service.

• Relational Ministry: This model appears to follow Jesus’ example of discipleship and provides our best approach to youth ministry

• Team Ministry: Working together with one mission and vision accomplishes more than an individual approach

• Partnerships: No one organization can meet all the needs in the youth ministry field. We must focus on developing a few services with excellent and partnering with other organizations to synergize our efforts

• Leadership Empowerment: This focus serves as the high priority of Eaglecrest services, seeking to equip, empower, and encourage leaders to effectively emulate Christ through sacrificial service

• Mentoring/Coaching: Modeling faith formation through one on one mentoring relationship provides an effective model for long term sustained growth

• Missions: The mission trip experience provides one of the best environments for discipleship and leadership development

• Community-Based Youth Ministry: Church youth ministry should not be an island unto itself but should seek a community approach based on cooperation with other churches

• Longevity of Leadership: The fulfillment of our goals will best be measured by the long term effective leadership of youth workers within the respective churches they serve

• We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

• We believe that Jesus Christ is the way, truth and life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him.

• We believe the Bible is the infallible and inspired Word of God, and serves as our final authority for truth and right living

• We believe that Jesus Christ died for the sins of mankind, rose again, and will return to establish his eternal kingdom.

• We believe that true life only comes from receiving Christ’s free gift of salvation.

• We believe that Jesus Christ established the Church as the primary means of building his kingdom on earth.

• We believe that our purpose as his people is to glorify God and live out faith through sacrificial service

• We believe that all believers are called to share the love of Christ by spreading his gospel throughout the world
